How to Place an Order

- Select the product you would like to purchase.
- Then choose quantity by size and color if applicable, and the appropriate logo for the product (you may purchase products with different designs.)
- Then click on Buy, this will create your shopping cart. You may continue to shop or checkout .
- Now input appropriate information to complete the checkout process.
- For all orders that are Direct Bill, when checking out please note in the "Additional Miscellaneous Instructions" area who the order is for or if it is a promo order. If your order is submitted without this information, it will not be processed until this information is provided.
- NC Sales tax will be billed for orders shipped in NC. Shipping charges will be estimated and included in your order total.
- Once the order has shipped your credit card will be billed with the correct shipping charges and a copy of the invoice will be included with your order.

All sales on all decorated goods are final - no returns will be accepted other than defective goods. We strive to provide quality products, reliable service and timely delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order if the item you receive is defective or if we have made an error in filling your order. |

An Important Note About Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges on this website are automatically calculated by using a standardized base shipping/handling fee plus an additional $.50 per item. However, for larger orders, IVARS will adjust the shipping/handling cost to reflect multiple items packaged together. This corrected shipping cost will be reflected on your invoice and your credit card charge. Please contact us with any questions.
